Gift orders received by 10am are sent out using a special nominated and next day delivery service through UK Mail. The nominated and next day delivery charge is £4.95 for one item, and £5.95 for two items or more. They will be delivered the next day between 9am and 6pm. Orders placed after 10am will be delivered the day after this, but please call us if you need it sooner and we will do our best to help. Please note that gifts to be delivered by this service on a Monday must be ordered by 10am on the Friday before. UK Mail do not attempt to deliver on a Saturday. All orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday for next day delivery on Tuesday. If you are only sending a small product, and do not require delivery quickly or on a specific date, we recommend using our Royal Mail saver second class delivery service at a flat cost of £3.95 for one item, or £4.95 for two items or more. If you select this option, your order will be sent out on the date of despatch that you have requested by Royal Mail, but please note that this service is not time specific. There is no guarantee that your order will be delivered on or in time for a specific date. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that you have given us the correct delivery information, and that someone is available to receive your gift, or that you have advised us where to leave the gift if the recipient is not at the delivery address when we arrive. If the recipient is not in, we will attempt to leave the order in a safe place or with a neighbour either side. Please tick the relevant box on checkout if you would like us to do this. Please note that orders being sent to business addresses, hospitals or hotels will be left at reception if we cannot locate the recipient on arrival. Gifts ordered will only be dispatched once full payment has been received. We also offer a free ‘click and collect’ option on checkout if you would like to collect your purchases from our production unit in Croydon (see the ‘Contact Us‘ page for full Croydon location information). Gifting products ordered before 10am will be ready for collection from midday the following day. This excludes orders made through the Weddings and Events section of the website, please contact us to arrange collection of Weddings and Events orders. All products are subject to availability. When an item is out of stock, we will endeavour to contact you and offer an alternative. We will always endeavour to send your sweet gift out exactly as per the product fill and style online. On the odd occasion that this is not possible, we will use a like-for-like product fill of the same fabulous quality. Please email us if you are not happy with ‘like-for-like’ substituting in the event that one of your sweet fill lines is not in stock on purchase. If you require any further information regarding our delivery services please do not hesitate to call and ask us.
During Delivery Process In the unlikely event that your sweets are lost during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of expected delivery. Compensation may be available, up to a maximum of the price paid by the customer, if the sweets cannot be traced and are confirmed as lost by the courier. Please note: Compensation is not offered on orders where customers have ticked the relevant box on checkout for the order to be left in a safe place. Your sweets will be very carefully packaged so that they arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that the gift appears to have been damaged during transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Any replacement products, refunds or compensation will be considered, and may be granted at our discretion and only in the event that the product is damaged beyond reasonable use. We will require evidence of any damage, which must be received by us within 7 days of the original delivery. This evidence may be in the form of photographs, or by returning the goods to us and must include the original packaging.
Cancelling an Order
Our gifts are hand packed to order and personalised to your specifications. Orders cannot be cancelled once gifts have been made. However, should you wish to change or cancel your order at any time please contact us immediately and we will do our best to meet your needs.
